About Mary
"My approach is always gentle — I work with your body, not against it."
Mary qualified from the University College of Osteopathy in 1999, where she won the Silver Medal for clinical excellence. She went on to complete an MSc in Paediatric Osteopathy at the Osteopathic Centre for Children in London, and a 250-hour cranial pathway with the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy, of which she is a Fellow and former Trustee.

Your First Appointment
Mary takes time to understand you as a whole person. Here is what your first visit typically looks like.

A gentle postural and structural examination, looking at how your body moves and where tension or restriction may be present.
Gentle hands-on osteopathic work, tailored to your needs. Most patients find treatment deeply relaxing — some even fall asleep.
Exercises, posture guidance and lifestyle advice to support your recovery between sessions and help prevent future problems.
